The National Mentorship Movement mobilises volunteer mentors and connects them to people who need mentorship support, typically working with partner organisations including the CSIR, Deloitte, the IDC, Mancosa, Nedbank, Pernod Ricard, Primestars and the V&A Waterfront.
We are looking for volunteers who are willing to mentor participants in some of our programmes with students, entrepreneurs and unemployed youth. It typically involves 2 to 4 hours per month either virtually or in-person, and we support both one-on-one and group mentorship models. We provide training and comprehensive mentorship guidelines to our volunteers.
