Joburg 360 is dedicated to helping people explore and enjoy Johannesburg to the fullest. As registered Gauteng tour guides and Johannesburg ambassadors, Joburg 360 guides strive to maximise your time in this vibrant city.

We are looking for volunteers to join the Vilakazi Street clean-up and improvements initiative that aims to enhance the cleanliness and overall condition of this iconic location. The Vilakazi Street clean-up and improvement initiative is dedicated to enhancing the condition and appearance of one of South Africa's most iconic streets. Our goal is to address various issues including overgrown grass and weeds, broken bollards and paving, and the maintenance of significant landmarks such as the corner where Hector Pieterson was shot, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu's former home, and the 2 Bulls sculpture, as well as the Vilakazi Street sign language memorial. By focusing on these improvements, we aim to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for both locals and visitors. This initiative is crucial for preserving the heritage and pride of Vilakazi Street, making it a place we can all be proud of. Any support and attention to this important project are greatly appreciated.
