Skills Training Opportunities at MES

Our training centre currently provides a strong foundation in security, life skills, and computer literacy. However, we recognise the need to expand our offerings to meet the evolving needs of the job market. Financial limitations currently restrict us from offering a wider variety of accredited training programs, yet we believe these programs are crucial for empowering our youth and adult beneficiaries with in-demand skills. That's why we're actively seeking seed funding to develop and deliver accredited training programs aligned with current market needs. These programs will equip our candidates with the skills and qualifications necessary to secure jobs and build successful careers.

Our vision extends beyond just training. We aim to provide our candidates with a clear "exit plan," equipping them with the tools and resources they need to find employment or even launch their businesses. Recognising the importance of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, we are incorporating entrepreneurship training into our programs. This will empower individuals to diversify their income streams, reduce unemployment, and create new jobs within our communities.
